It is easy to register your charter vessel. Click 'Register New Vessel' then fill in the form provided in a 5 step process. You can add name, locations, your own web site address, various non-compulsory information including equipment, destinations and activities. You can also detail many different rates plans. Once your charter vessel is registered you can check the subscription status. This section is handy when you manage more than one vessel and have some vessels subscribed to the Boathook Booking Calendar. Any time you need to update vessel details you simply select the vessel from the drop down list and click 'Edit'. You can edit vessel details at any time. Make sure you confirm the edits before logging out - the last update page allows you to check your information you must confirm the edits. The site presents a confirmaiton page when your edits are accepted. Add a Boathook Booking Calendar by clicking 'Add Vessel Calendar'. Simply complete the short form, specify payment option and click 'Add Booking Calendar'. Public or Private? You can decide to keep a private calendar if required. To remove the calendar from public view you click 'View Vessel Subscriptions' and choose to 'Alter This Subscription' of any subscribed vessel. You can hide any calendar without removing the data. A private calendar can be a useful tool to manage your vessel bookings without telling the world of your availability.
